Noisy works can only be carried out from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. No noisy works should be performed on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and eve of major Public Holidays. All home owners should also note that they must open a utilities account for a new flat with SP Services Ltd before a renovation permit can be granted.
